We have identified that the latest .NET Microsoft update causes problems opening the Calabrio Teleopti WFM client. This means that all Power Users/Main Users and Resource Planners will not be able to access Teleopti WFM after installing the latest “.Net Framework Security and Quality Roll Up.” To avoid this, we recommend you to:

Please request a Teleopti WFM update to servicedesk@teleopti.com and we will schedule the update for you at the first possible time slot. A service ticket will be created for you where you will find all details related to the update. 

To see which release you are on, go to the about window that is found in the mail portal file menu in the Teleopti WFM client.
